      • Regular rates will be in effect March 1, 2024 - May 16, 2024.

    • Registrations will be subject to:

      • Applicable taxes (14.975% GST + QST) + Credit card handling fee of 2.83% + $0.99 transaction fee.

    • ​Payment is collected via VISA, VISA Debit or Mastercard. If you are not able to pay by credit card or prefer to pay via e-transfer or cheque to avoid incurring the 2.5% credit card processing fee, or if you have any questions about the registration process, please contact podium@choralcanada.org.


    Cancellation Policy – IN-PERSON CONFERENCE

    Part A - Cancellation by Delegate

    • Until March 15, 2024: Full refund, less $30 administration fee deduction.

    • March 15 to April 30, 2024: 50% refund, less $30 administration fee deduction.

    • From May 1, 2024: Registration is non-refundable

    Transfer of Registration:

    • A $15 administration fee will be applied for any registration transfer.

    • Delegates who are unable to attend for any reason may transfer their registration to someone else by contacting podium@choralcanada.org. PODIUM 2024 accepts no liability for the transfer of funds between delegates, nor any liability for any expenses that may have been incurred by either delegate.

    Part B - Change to Conference Delivery by Presenter

    If it is deemed necessary for PODIUM 2024 to switch to a fully online model, any “in-person” delegate registrations will be given the option to:

    A) transfer to a virtual registration and the difference will be refunded - OR -

    B) receive a full refund.

You must be a current INDIVIDUAL or STUDENT member of Choral Canada to register for the PODIUM 2024 Conference.
